Girl Scouts is the pre-eminent organization for girls. Girl Scouts provides a safe and encouraging environment for girls to develop the courage, confidence and character to become our future leaders.
Girl Scouts provides fun and educational activities for girls of every age that support their educational development while letting them form life-long friendships and memories. Through troop activities and other council events girls get to participate in activities that reinforce and enhance lessons they are being taught at school and often expose them to subjects and opportunities they don’t have the chance to participate in at school.
Girl Scout Levels
Girls can join Girl Scouts at different grade levels and experience different activities according to their grade levels:
- Daisy, grades K-1
- Brownie, grades 2-3
- Junior, grades 4-5
- Cadette, grades 6-8
- Senior, grades 9-10
- Ambassador, grades 11-12
