2023 Day Camp - 3

Join us at camp with your whole family (minus pets) or your Girl Scout Troop. Juliettes are encouraged to attend together as a “Juliette Troop” or at Family Camp.

Choose a 3-day (Friday - Sunday) or 5-day (Sunday - Thursday) option, whichever best fits your schedule!

NEW! This year, the cost will be per "room" (cabin, tent, hogan, etc.) instead of paying per individual person.

In addition to lodging, your cost covers all meals and 5 hours of programming each day (9:30 am - 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm). Cost is based on $25 per person, per day.

3-Day Session (Barker)
$300 |  4-person tent
$450 |  6-person cabin

5-Day Session (Barker)
$500 |  4-person tent
$750 |  6-person cabin

3-Day Session (Rancho)
$300 |  4-person tent or wagon
$600 |  8-person hogan or Adirondack

Family & Troop Camp Need to Knows

Cabins come with access to one private bathroom/shower for your group.  Tent reservations come with shared bathrooms/showers. At Rancho, all "rooms" are part of a unit with a shared, latrine-style, bathroom; access to a shared shower house is available to all campers.

After completing full payment, your family/troop will have access to the Troop & Family Camper Guide – within is the link to make your activity selections. Please read and review all activity descriptions – some have group size limits. Activity selections must be completed at least 10 days prior to your camp. Selections received after 10 days may not be honored due to time constraints – you will be assigned a generic schedule.

Adults attending Troop Camp must be registered adults with a current background check on file. Adults attending Family Camp are not required to be members. All youth (people under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times – they may not wander camp alone, even with a buddy. Please review and follow Safety Activity Checkpoints for non-family group ratios (at least 2 unrelated adults per group that aren't a family). You must provide adequate, adult supervision for your group at all times while on camp.

Further information (map, check-in/out times, packing list, etc) will be emailed after payment in full has been confirmed for your group.

How to Choose Your Activities

Once you’ve completed payment for your group, you’ll be emailed the “Troop & Family Camper Guide” – your link to choose activities for your group is within that packet.

Review the available activities with your group (make sure to pay attention to participant maximums, age level restrictions, and descriptions), have everyone vote on their favorite activities, and submit 1 (ONE) online selection for your group.

If you have a large group that is registered together you are welcome to split the group into smaller groups for activities (do not split them while registering). Instructions are on the activity selection survey.

Each activity block (AB) will be 45-60 minutes long. Some activities take up TWO (2) or more activity blocks. Activity descriptions indicate how many activity blocks that activity will take up. Please only pick each activity ONCE (we cannot offer you an activity more than once per weekend).

Some activity blocks have a low maximum cap; schedules are made on the basis of who turns in their activity selections first. The sooner you get your selections in, the more likely you are to get all your first choices.

If you do not wish for the camp to provide any led programs (you want to just hike or explore on your own or you brought your own activities or badgework) please select that option from the drop-down menus on the survey.

The number of activities that you are assigned will depend on the overall camp numbers for the weekend that you're attending.

All adults must stay with their groups and participate in the activities.
