Girl Scouts at Home

Welcome to Girl Scouts at Home -  a fun way to participate in Girl Scouts from home.  Explore outside, experiment with coding, create beautiful art – your adventure starts now!  We will feature a different badge, activity, or live event each weekday.

Many of the activities here are connected with a badge or fun patch that you may purchase online or from our shop, La Tienda.  Questions about a particular badge or patch? Contact  La Tienda for additional shop questions.

Share what you are learning and the fun you are having on social media! Tag @nmgirlscouts and hashtag #nmgirlscouts on FacebookInstagram, or Twitter. Or submit your stories for us to post!

Women in the Military

Memorial Day is an American holiday, observed on the last Monday of May, honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. Use this infographic to learn about famous women in the military. To use the infographic click on the images to fun activities, websites, and videos.

To become a woman of honor like those you will learn about through this infographic you need to have good leadership skills. You can learn these skills by working towards earning your High Awards. Click here to more information on the highest honor a Girl Scout can receive.

S_Car Care_LS

Senior Care Care Badge

Senior & Ambassador Girl Scouts come prepared to ask Ross, our very own Girl Scout Dad & Mechanic, questions about Car Care maintenance.   He & his Girl Scout daughter Mia will join us on for a Zoom live as we explore the steps of vehicle maintenance.

This badge teaches girls safe driving tips and how to take care of a car, as well as information about fuel efficiency and engineering. As some girls prepare to learn to drive or are leaving for college in their new first vehicle these badge activities will help to prepare and raise awareness for how girls need to be safe while on the road.

Register to attend today!
