Thanks to a partnership with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, GSUSA, and GSNMT, we can offer this $170 course at a discount for our membership. Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18. Mental Health First Aid covers how to interact with a youth in crisis and how to connect them with help. After completing this course and required pre- and post-work, you will be certified for three years as a Youth Mental Health First Aider.
