2012 MagNut Product Sale Forms & Resources

2012 MagNut Parent Information	A guide for all parents of Girl Scouts selling Magazines and Nuts; includes the basics of selling dates, safety issues, and suggestions for selling.
Product Sale Permission Form	This form is required for ALL girls participating in the MagNut sale.
Girl Scout Internet Safety Pledge	Each parent will receive a copy at training.
MagNut Donation Receipt	Donation receipt that can be used for Project Thank You.
MagNut Opt Out Form	For Troops who choose to opt-out of recognitions, the Troop will receive 20% of their total sales plus girl’s patches. The girls will not receive any other award. The Opt-Out proceed plan is a TROOP CHOICE, and must be a unanimous decision made by the participating girls of the Troop. Parent signatures will not be accepted on behalf of the girls.
ACH Debit Authorization	Required for all troop accounts.
MagNut Outstanding Balance Report	Used for any Outstanding Balance that a troop has BEFORE the ACH Withdrawal, completed and returned to the Product Program Department no later than November 23^rd by email tmaxwell@gs-nmtrails.org or fax 505-343-1050 Attention: Trish
