Ready to start learning leadership skills and work with younger campers? This foundational leadership program is for Girl Scouts who are just starting their leadership journey. Program Aides mentor younger Girl Scouts by sharing skills, testing their knowledge, and trying out their new roles as budding leaders. As an Outdoor Program Aide youll get to learn how to facilitate songs and games, plan and lead art activities, and comfort younger campers who miss home. Youll even get to work as a group to plan this weeks All Camp Activity! Girl Scouts will still get to participate as campers in daily camp activities and will complete the Teen Mentor training program while at camp.
