Recruitment & Retention Specialist: Valencia, Socorro, Torrance & Guadalupe Counties

Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails seeks a full-time (38-hour per week) Recruitment & Retention Specialist based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The position will serve the 4-county area of Valencia, Socorro, Torrance, and Guadalupe Counties in the southern and eastern portion of the council’s jurisdiction.  Duties include recruitment and retention of girls and volunteers and promoting the organization to schools and other community partners. 

In addition, the position will coordinate local program activities for girls, troops, and volunteers.  Travel throughout the 4-county area is required; prior Girl Scout experience and/or knowledge is preferred.

Regional Manager: Albuquerque Metro

Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails seeks a full-time (38-hour per week) Regional Manager for members based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  This position will serve the 2-county area of Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties and will be based in Albuquerque. 

Duties include supporting and partnering with Troops and Service Units to retain girls and adult volunteers, serving as the liaison between council and volunteers, and retain girl and adult membership in assigned areas.  Travel throughout the 2-county area is required; prior Girl Scout experience and/or knowledge is preferred.
