Older Girl Scouts are invited to journey through space and time with A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle, a story that has inspired generations of readers. Together we'll follow Meg, Charles Wallace, and Calvin as they travel through strange new worlds, face their fears, and discover that courage and love can triumph over darkness. Scouts will reflect on the book's themes of individuality, bravery, and resilience while connecting them to their own Girl Scout experience.
This virtual book club will spark meaningful conversations and creative thinking, giving Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors a chance to share their voices and ideas. In addition to the discussion, girls will enjoy a guided activity that encourages them to explore the story's deeper messages and apply them to their own lives. It's a perfect way to connect with peers, build confidence, and celebrate the power of stories to inspire change.
