Join Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails for a fun and interactive evening as we dive into the beloved classic Ramona Quimby, Age 8 by Beverly Cleary. Scouts will laugh along with Ramona's silly adventures, feel her frustrations at being misunderstood, and discover how she finds courage in everyday challenges. Through guided discussion and activities, girls will see how Ramona's creativity and persistence mirror the values of the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
This virtual program is perfect for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors who love to read, share their ideas, and make new friends. Together, we'll practice reading and listening skills, play a game inspired by the story, and complete a fun hands-on activity that brings Ramona's world to life. It's a wonderful way to celebrate the joy of reading while connecting with other Girl Scouts across New Mexico!
