Training: June 8-12

  • Program Aides (PAs) begin their leadership journey with guided practice in planning activities, supporting younger girls, and learning the basics of group management. They build confidence as they try new responsibilities with caring mentors by their side.

  • CITs (CounselorsinTraining) take the next step by assisting staff, leading stations, and developing strong communication and problemsolving skills. They learn how to support campers, model positive behavior, and contribute to a smooth, joyful camp experience.

  • CIT II participants step into advanced leadership roles. They mentor younger leaders, design program elements, and explore what it means to be a role model at camp and beyond. This pathway helps them grow independence, initiative, and a deeper sense of purpose.
