Do you volunteer as Tribute? Council is excited to welcome our Tributes-Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors-to Girl Scouts of Panem, a virtual book and movie club! Join us at The Capitol (Council Office) on October 17th from 6-9 PM for the inaugural screening of The Hunger Games as we kick off this thrilling series inspired by the beloved books and films.
Whether you are a longtime fan of the Hunger Games Universe or experiencing the story for the first time, this event is the perfect opportunity to gather with fellow Girl Scouts for an evening of adventure, discussion, and movie magic. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their district colors or Hunger Games-inspired attire for added fun!
Girls do not need to participate in the Book Club to attend the Movie Club, though the movie schedule is designed to complement the books being read throughout the series. While this is part of an ongoing program, registration is required for each movie screening individually, so be sure to sign up for every event you plan to attend.
Book club members who cannot join the in-person screening are welcome to Teleparty with us by watching from home or with their troop! A Discord server is available for chatting with fellow tributes. You must still register, as the registration fee covers the cost of your fun patch and shipping.
