In Person - Ft. Sumner
Hit the trails at Bosque Redondo in Fort Sumner, NM with our Hiking Club! This hike combines the beauty of New Mexico's landscape with a touch of local history, offering a unique opportunity to explore nature while learning about the area's rich past.
We'll follow scenic paths along the Pecos River and open plains, taking in views of native plants, wildlife, and historic landmarks. Participants will have the chance to help guide the group, choose routes, and share favorite spots-making this a hands-on, participant-led adventure.
Bring your water bottle, comfortable shoes, and curiosity. We'll meet at the trailhead, plan our route together, and then set off to enjoy the trails, history, and natural beauty of Fort Sumner.
