Hey Girl Scouts - cookie season is exciting, busy, and sometimes a little overwhelming. That's why our April Confidence Club on Sunday, April 5 at 1pm MST is all about managing stress, finding balance, and taking care of yourself during one of the most fast-paced times of the year.
In this virtual session, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors will come together to talk honestly about the pressures of cookie season-from meeting goals to juggling schedules to staying positive when things get hectic. Through guided discussions and creative reflection activities, you'll learn strategies to stay calm, confident, and centered, even when your calendar is full.
Whether you're selling cookies for the first time or you're a seasoned pro, you'll find a community that understands what you're navigating. Show up as you are and take this hour to breathe, reset, and remind yourself that confidence grows even stronger when we learn how to care for ourselves.
