In Person
Project materials are provided at each meeting, and girls are encouraged to explore crochet, knitting, and crossstitch at their own pace. Each month features a simple theme that guides the session, but projects may shift based on girl interest, skill level, and creative energy. Whether they're trying fiber arts for the first time or building on skills they already have, participants will find a welcoming space to learn, experiment, and create something uniquely their own.
At the beginning of each month, families will receive a project packet by email with a preview of the theme, optional practice stitches, and a few project ideas. This packet is perfect for Girl Scouts who want a head start, enjoy planning ahead, or like choosing which project they'd like to try at the maker meeting. Packets are optional, girls can still arrive with no prep and jump right in. Printouts will be available at the meeting.
Girls who register for the full series bundle will receive a complete fiberarts starter kit at the first session, including tools for all three crafts and everything they'll need for each month's project theme. Those who prefer to attend individual sessions will receive projectspecific supplies at each meeting.
Includes a complete fiberarts starter kit (crochet hook, knitting needles, crossstitch hoop and needle), plus all projectspecific supplies for each monthly session from January through May. Perfect for Girl Scouts who want the full creative experience
