Make new friends, have fun, and enjoy hands-on activities at our day camps in Albuquerque, Farmington, & Clovis. Campers will experience weekly, themed activities featuring programs such as exploratory sciences, culinary arts, and more.
Flutter and Buzz Spring Break Camp: Five Days of Fun, Friendship, and Adventure
Step into a week filled with fluttering wings, buzzing energy, and the magic of spring coming alive. Scouts will spend five joyful days exploring the outdoors, creating nature‑inspired crafts, playing silly pollinator‑themed games, and celebrating the wonder of the season together.
Every day brings fresh adventures, bright colors, and the cheerful spirit of all things that flutter and buzz. Spring break has never felt so alive — come join the hive of fun.
Daily Themes & Highlights
- Day 1: Buzzing with Friendship — Kick off the week with icebreakers, flower matching games, and nature scavenger hunts that get everyone mingling and learning about pollinators.
- Day 2: Wings in Motion — Practice outdoor skills like tent pitching and knot races, then race through obstacle courses dressed as butterflies.
- Day 3: Creative Flutter — Dive into colorful crafts like handmade butterflies and bee-stripped tie-dye shirts, topped off with a talent show celebrating creativity.
- Day 4: Splash & Buzz — Cool off with water balloon tosses, sponge relays, and a dance party.
- Day 5: Celebration in the Garden — Wrap up with Scout Olympics, origami crafts, awards, and a heartfelt farewell “campfire”.
Pricing: $250/Registered Girl Scout, $300/Non-Girl Scout
Dates: March 30 - April 3
Grades: K-12 (Leadership Camper Program Option for Girl Scouts who have completed PA, CIT, or CIT II)
Registration Deadline: March 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Know before you go:
- Theme: Butterflies and Bumblebees
- Length: 5 consecutive days during spring break
- Times: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM daily, with the option to add before and after care
- Age Levels: Daisies through Ambassadors (Leadership Camper Program Option for Girl Scouts who have completed PA, CIT, or CIT II)
- Structure: Mixed-age groups with buddy system; optional: rotating stations
- Registration includes a fun patch
- Day campers are required to bring a lunch and a refillable water bottle daily
