I understand that I must take Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails' Travel Training in order for the service unit, troop, or group trip to be approved.

I understand that a minimum of one adult certified in First Aide/CPR must attend this service unit, troop, or group trip.

I understand that I must submit the Extended Overnight Trip Application Form which outlines full trip information.

I understand that I must submit the International Addendum for any trips outside of the continental US, including Alaska, Hawai'i, and US Territories.

I understand that all adults in attendance must be registered members of Girl Scouts with approved and eligible background checks on file with Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails.

I understand that I must review the Safety Activity Checkpoints for all aspects of this trip and will obtain any additional certifications, as needed.

I understand that I must submit an Activity/Money Earning Notification for any fundraising outside of the council-sponsored Product Program sales.
